We first started this project in the summer of 2022 completing the felt & batten works to the pitched roof, and installing the lower-level flat warm roof systems. The plans were then changed to go up another level and into the loft space, increasing the height of the pitched roof and flat crown roof which in turn created another 2 bedrooms and a further en-suite.
The slate roof build-up consists of – Proctor roof-shield breather membrane, treated roofing batten and Cembrit Jutland fibre cement slates (Blue/Black). We have also installed dry fix Marley modern hip & ridge tiles.
Other works we also completed here – Dormer top single ply membrane systems, Lead work, Dormer slate hanging, GRP valley trays.
